17-year-olds May Now Register to Vote 
New legislation signed by the governor in January 2010 allows 17-year-olds to register to vote so that they are pre-registered to participate in the first election that occurs once they turn 18.  Students should be able to receive a voter registration form from any US Government teacher or see General Election Information below.

You will need to submit a form if you are new to the area, have moved, changed your name, or changed your political party.
